It is 5 km. from CN tower by Gardiner Expy and 20 km. from the airport.

Enjoy unlimited high speed free Wi-Fi, TV Plus cable package with 280+ channels on 40 inches flat screen TV. Relax in the luxury queen size bed and 500 thread counts bed linens and enjoy cooking meals in the open concept modern full equipped kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to everything inside the suite. I provide towels, linens and some essentials. Everything you see in the unit is for you to use on your stay. Complementary: bottles of water, soft drinks, coffee, Tea and all condiments.

LAUNDRY AND PARKING
** Washer and Dryer are provided in the building (share with other guests). Washer is free of charge and dryer is $2 per load
** There is Designated Front pad parking (right in front of main entrance of the house): cost $10 per day.
** The street parking which I can provide you the information and help you to get the temporary permit throughout your stay. It is very convenient and can be bought online (take less than 5 mins to do so). Street parking cost: $21.63 per week, $9.23 per 24 hours or $13.85 per 48 hours, plus H.S.T (13%)
