Didn't try any of the restaurants because you can only wear certain attire which is a negative in my books and we didn't bring any because we didn't know there was a dress code. "I don’t even know where to start. I think i should start thanking Mitzi. Here it comes. We had some medical problems and had to extend our stay little bit longer. Mitzi( from prefer club) made sure we have been taking care of. She did more than her job responsibilities. Mitzi and hotel staff became our family and they treated us more than just hotel guests. We can’t thank them enough… I read people say about food being not the same, I don’t think I agree with that statement. Food is just fine, I didn’t see any difference. This was our 4th stay at Dreams. We are frequent guests at Dreams. I also want to thank Sabino from pool security. He is amazing and he makes sure you are all safe and get you what you need. He was just awesome.. Luis from pool bar service, and Yewdiel they all made sure that we felt that we are all part of a family. They are not only good what they do they go an extra mile to make sure all feels personal. Santiago from Portofino, he was awesome, sharp and funny and he remembers you by your name. He was very professional. If you are looking for a hotel that treats you like you are part of a family then I highly recommend it. Again many thanks to Mitzi, Sabino and all hotel staff."
