"Es un hotel de tiempo compartido donde te rentan las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas más sin embargo en mi opinión una cocina en tu habitación podría ser muy conveniente cuando viejas con mucha familia y buscas la comodidad económica para no consumir en los restaurantes de la zona pero para parejas que buscan un fin de semana romántico conocer la oferta culinaria y actividades divertidas es innecesario tener una cocina. los televisores son muy antiguos y tienes que bajar a recepción a pedir un Roku entiendo que no vacaciono para ver televisión pero una peli después de una comida en un entorno donde la temperatura ambiente sube a los 42 grados Celsius y más. es imposible estar en la alberca a mediodía en mi opinión el costo beneficio está muy disparejo es un hermoso hotel sin acceso a la playa con alberca panorámica"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the cape! It’s at the perfect location, overlooking the ocean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amenities are very clean and they clean the room 2x a day! Also, the gym is gorgeous, overlooking the ocean! They had delicious green juice with breakfast that I plan to make at home because it was so yummy! Only downside was elevator did not have AC which was uncomfortable with the super humid and hot weather. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The property description was completely accurate, and everything was exactly as pictured.There were six adults in our group celebrating my 50th birthday, and the house was the perfect size. Everyone had plenty of space, and the layout worked great for our group. We especially loved the pool, and outside kitchen. It was great being able to to just slow down and relax! The beach was only a few minutes' walk away. It is a bit hilly, and I was recovering from an unexpected injury, but even then it was still a quick walk to and from the beach. There are also beautiful beaches in the area to get too, that are just few minutes away as well. We chose not to rent a car, and it wasn't an issue at all. Ubers were incredibly convenient and always arrived within just a few minutes, making it easy to get wherever we wanted to go.We also can't say enough great things about Francisco! He was amazing from start to finish. He answered all of our questions promptly and helped coordinate our transportation to and from the airport, making everything stress-free. His communication and hospitality truly made our trip even better.If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay in Cabo San Lucas, we highly recommend this home. We had an unforgettable vacation and would absolutely stay here again!"

"The home was wonderful and had everything as advertised. It was comfortable and spacious and we loved having a pool! The views were lovely. Our private chef had plenty of space and supplies for serving a group of 8. For us personally, on our next trip, we will need to stay closer to the beach. That walk to/from beach was pretty rough after a long day. It wasn’t easy for anyone, especially hard and hot for a five year old. Renting a golf cart is expensive but will do that next time if we can’t be on beach. Thanks for opening your home to us!"

"We stayed 6 nights in July 2026. House worked great. Grandkids were in and out of the pool all day, with night swims too. It had a great open space for the 6 of us to gather for games, reading and movie watching. It was so nice to be able to go in and out of the house as needed, instead of a trek back to a resort room. We used Uber for 2 dinner trips into town and a trip to the Fresko grocery store close by. We would certainly stay there again."

"We met with Deny at check-in, which was smooth/easy, however, the house was extremely stuffy/hot which was uncomfortable at first. There are air conditioning units in all rooms, but it took almost a full day to get it to a comfortable temperature. The bathrooms do not have any ventilation so it felt like saunas in there. As for cleanliness, there was a huge dead cockroach in the hallway downstairs and a lot of ants in every single bathroom. The ants would be all over our things in the bathroom. In addition, there was a lizard in the master bathroom that we had to try and catch and take out ourselves. There are no screens on the bathroom windows which could be why a lizard entered (we didn’t have any windows open so likely there before check-in) and it was difficult to air out the heat in bathrooms as we didn’t want anything else coming in. The kitchen utensils and cookware needed to be cleaned a little more and the pool was quite dirty, but was cleaned on the second day of our stay. Aside from that, Casa Regina is as listed- a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home, spacious and filled with many house supplies and amenities to use. The pool was fun to use- the water was very warm, likely due to the weather. It’s in a safe neighborhood with security at the front gate. Quick walk to beach, however, a hilly walk."
