“I called ahead to let the staff know I’d arrive a few days late for my two week booking. They said it was fine. When I arrived, tired after a long day driving, they screamed at me and mocked me and ordered me to leave. I could barely understand what had happened and then I realized not only did they treat me awfully, they intended to keep the entire extra 10 days of money after letting me stay 0 days. There’s a reason this is the cheapest hotel in SF. It is because it is ran by thieves.……
