“We had trouble opening our door when we first arrived, and it continued to get jammed occasionally during our night stay. Additionally, the toilet kept running and spraying water everywhere. Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). “Staff didn't fulfill promises and do what they said they would do, they weren't prepared to supply the needs of the facility, and we didn't experience a lot of friendliness. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel for we paid extra for that stay and got what we would expect from a "cheap" motel”

“When we first arrived there was only one check-in person w a line of people checking in and some one trying to purchase a sundry item. The first room they gave us had a broken air conditioner and food and drinks that was left in the refrigerator. We had to pack up to move down the hot humid hallway but at the least the room was cool and clean. The rooms are definitely dated. I definitely expected more from a Hampton Inn and now owned by Hilton. This felt like a budget hotel.”

“Front entrance is good as most hotels are. Rooms have paint and ceiling falling, mold in shower, mold on walls by sink, electrical plugs are extremely old and worn out. They barley hold anything in them. Electrical covers missing from plugs which is a risk of kids or someone electrocuting themselves, main metal support that holds roof up is completely rusted out, surprisingly it has not falling and hurt or killed someone. Shower has holes in plastic walls where I'm sure water is running in and……

“Worth my $58. King bed. Room was clean, and I expect my hotel rooms to be CLEAN. TV worked. Bed was older; lumpy; but worked for my bad back. Quiet. I would stay again. But I wouldn’t pay any more than I did. Rough around the edges. No work out room. Needs fresh coat of paint and lots of small things fixed. Would recommend only because my room was CLEAN.”
