It was absolutely nothing like the pics. There were literal prostitutes outside, a girl smoking a meth pipe while walking her giant pit bull, and multiple windows that had been busted or shot out and had cardboard taped over them as if that would help. We took the loss and got a different place nearby thay was actually nice This may have been an Inn and Suites once but it is pretty obviously where people who don't quality to rent apartments are staying now.

BED BUGS
I paid to have a "suite" and it was one of the dirtiest trashed rooms i have ever seen and I see alot of hotels On top of that it had BED BUGS. I got bit all over and then couldnt stand it and went to a friends . The only good thing was Evelyn at front desk she helped me so much and was so nice ! I will never stay there again and hotels.com should consider not even partening with them that hotel should be torn down!

Nightmare of a Hotel
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness. Insects all over the place. The front desk staff is horrible. They have no clue what they are doing. I booked a stay at this hotel and for whatever reason, whether it was the fault of the hotel or hotels.com, my reservation never came through so I had to re-book and pay for this stay out of my own pocket when I had redeemed a rewards night for this stay. Please stay away from this nightmare of a hotel. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Room not worth it
The room was dirty, it had roaches, extremely outdated, smelled and just down right nasty. When we made the reservation online the room was $70 and when I called to find out what room number our room was they said it was $47! I cancelled the reservation and went in person and got it for $47. If we would have paid $70 I would have been extremely upset!!!

A lot of room for improvement
Very low budget hotel to stay in. Clerk knew which rooms had a funny smell or the AC didn't work in. Carpet stained, couch was an old broke down hide a bed that was stained. Tiles broken, stains on the walls. Bed was comfortable, linens were in the room, had a small kitchenette. If you're in town for awhile and need a very cheap place to stay, this would suffice.

I had screwed up and put the wrong night for my reservation at another hotel, so at close to midnight, I had to find another room. I reserved a NON SMOKING room that had a queen bed and pull out sofa, on Hotels.com at Tulsa Extended Stay on 41st. The lady at the front desk told me they didn't have any non smoking rooms, and I asked how bad was the smoke smell. She said I could go to the room and see whether it was ok, and if not, I would have to get ahold of Hotels.com to get a refund if I didn't want the room. So I ran up to the room, stuck my head in the door, and though I smelled smoke, I was tired, and said good enough. Got my wife and son up there, upon taking a better look, found that the room was filthy, toilet paper holder broken, toilet paper had been wet and set on vanity top, etc. etc. Folded out the couch, and it was literally a box spring with a piece of cloth over it, and no blankets or sheets. I went to front desk and asked if they had any sheets and blankets for it and she said she didn't, but she would have to go to another open room and pull some off of a bed. She did that, we laid down, could hear every motorcycle, car, truck, etc. that went by, and after a couple of minutes I said "let's go". Started calling other hotels and found a room. This place is horrible. Pretty sure we witnessed a drug deal going down as we left.

This is not somewhere I would plan on staying. It was impromtu for me. The bed was really comfy. Thats the best i can say. Took thirty minutes for check in due to new ccredit card machine. It was quiet. It did have an actual kitchen. It is in desperate need of updating. Overall it was meh for onenight.

Don't be fooled! Looks can be deceiving!
Don't be fooled. The pictures on the internet make this place look nice. The front exterior looks nice, lobby is nice, front desk is friendly. That's where it ends. We requested a non-smoking room. Room 1 smelled of smoke and other unpleasant smells. Front desk gave us a new room. This one did not smell of smoke, but still had that dirty smell. Carpeting was coming up, couch in suite was dirty, the bed did not have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet over the mattress. Rooms were small. The overall feeling of the room made the hairs on the backs of our necks stand up. We cut our losses and moved on to a different location. We were NOT at all comfortable staying there.

This was without a doubt the worst room I've ever stayed in it's supposed to be in a non-smoking room and it stunk there were roaches everywhere even under the covers of the bed when I told the staff about it that I was checking out I couldn't stay there more than 2 hours they really didn't care

Great price for the area but lots of deferred maintenance and no updating of the building and rooms gives you a feeling that you could have done better for a room with just a few more dollars. Room doors kicked in, lots of long term guests had furnishings on the balconies giving a camp out feel. I would not have been surprised by violence in the evening or drug deals in plain sight. Electronic room keys only worked about half the time.

It's was absolutely disgusting the was roaches in our room. The door was missing the main lock the window wouldn't lock. The room was sooooo filthy they didn't give us a WiFi password. We end up leaving an hour after checking in absolutely the worst 78$ I have ever spent!!

It sucked. Walked into first room it was disgusting. The second was 10% better then when we got back from the races we heard from 3 people that there was bed bugs in their rooms. So we packed up and left didn't get back home till 3 am. Your website is very misleading!! Still waiting for a refund!!

They stated they renovated the rooms. The room was a mess! I have stayed at other Extended Stay hotels and they were really nice, so I expected the same from this one. The room was so bad we did not stay, we asked for a refund and found another hotel.

Worest hotel I have ever seen
THIS WAS THE WOREST HOTEL IT WAS RUN DOWN AND DIRTY. WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK IN THEY ASKED IF WE WANTED TO SEE THE ROOM THAT SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME HOW BAD IT WAS BUT WE WERE TIRED FROM DRIVING SO FAR BUT THEN THEY SAID THERE WAS A 5DOLLAR DEPOSIT FOR THE TV REMOTE THAT REALLY NAILED IT. WE LOOKED AT THE ROOM AND IT WAS HORRIBLE!! Do not stay here without getting shots first.

This hotel is beyond repair. I booked a non smoking room thu expedia. Hotel then made me "upgrade" in order to get non smoking (clearly NOT a non smoking room). The only thing worse than the room was expedia. Would have saved a lot to book directly with hotel .

The hotel was a decent location with easy access to the highway. The room was dirty with cigarette butts on the floor as soon as I opened the door. It smelled and just didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. The staff was average but did not make up for the disrepair of the facility.

Not a good one. I booked the room for my husband for a 4 night stay. I thought the price rate was good, however he told me he saw a couple of roaches and the linens were not very clean so he slept on the bed cover.

Bad, bad, bad .... Entire place inside out is so dirty, smells bad, NOT in live able condition for human. Maybe for animal. Rented 2 rooms on 4/6/14. Paid $75 for each room with double bed but couldn't breath all night. Water don't drain in the bath tub. Carpet on the floor is so old, dirty, filthy, stinky. Comforter , pillows stinks. Just like public wash room. Unbelievable !! My kids got sick. I m surprise how the local authority don't see it & letting them running business with this condition .

Terrible, would never recommend staying here. It was dirty and the carpet was ripped up, patched holes in the wall, i was waiting for the roaches. I left and drove 2 hrs home instead of sleeping here.

Hotel was unclean. First room they gave me door was kicked in and they bolted it shut. They should of known this prior to renting it. The second room they gave me was a smoking room. It smelled horrible and all my stuf including my bags had to be washed. The room was falling apart and this hotel should be shut down.I didn't think to take pictures but I will be more careful in payin attention to others reviews DO NOT STAY HERE.

A Gem in the making.
The hotel was being remodeled and was a complete mess. Pool was out of service, Filtration system was being repaired. (Talked to the repairman) . It looks as though the hotel was recently bought, and they were repairing years of neglect. Will be nice when completed. The parking lot was monitored by cameras, and a security car made a circuit randomly thru the area. Maid service was on request only. We stayed 4 days and had no complaints. We were 100yds from the highway and the noise was minimal. There were 3 vehicles being repaired by tenants, but there was no mess or trash around them. Parking lot was clean. My opinion is they will have a nice facility when they finish the repairs. I will stay there again this fall, and update my rating then. Will be a nice place and was not overpriced.

It was horrible, we got woke up at three a.m. for room checks and weren't able to fall back to sleep. We went down to eat the contenetal breakfast and there wasn't anything left. I will never stay there again
