We couldn't use the jacuzzi because their was not enough hot water to fill it up
I rent it because of the roof top with jacuzzi but : _ the roof top is indépendant from the apartment, you have to go in upstairs by the stairwell _ there is not enough hot water to fill up the jacuzzi so it's useless

Nice family apartment
Never gained access to the safe would recommend touching base with property manager prior to check in to make sure safe is unlocked. The apartment worked great for our family the only thing that wasn’t great about the apartment was the glass dining room table (was really dirty under the glass). The concierge service doesn’t really follow through so if you plan on setting anything up just make your own arrangements. We stayed for 2 weeks and was a good place to escape to bring your own fire tv stick if you don’t have an Apple TV account and keep in mind the only tv is in the master. The rooftop was nice but keep in mind it’s just a plunge pool that you fill up it doesn’t get warm unless it’s summer and the water is left in it (wouldn’t recommend using it for kids since city water is used to fill it up). All in all it was a good place to stay.

Nice Little COVID Getaway
We had a great time at Real Zama. The location is great and the unit is very spacious! The amenities were very nice - kitchen flatware is all Le Cruset, nice toiletries included and the bedding is super comfortable. The pool is very relaxing and quiet. Denisa was very helpful and always responded promptly and courteously. :) A couple of things to keep in mind: - you will probably need to rent bikes or a car to get around freely, although cabs are very easy to walk out and grab - the wifi is not fast enough to handle constant working from home the whole time (i.e. we had issues with multiple Zoom meeting calls) so if you're looking to work the whole time it may be difficult - there is construction going on, but it's only during the day and it is the tourist part of Mexico so it's to be expected I would recommend for sure if you're looking for a nice vacation in a great place!

This place is located between the water and town .There are bikes to make it easier .Keep this in mind if you want to be closer to one of them...
