"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! "The rooms are small, as described in the measurements online so it's quite tight for a family of 4 (w 2 small kids) but did the job for us. Check in was quick and easy for us, process is very smooth. Staff are prompt in responding to inquiries (front desk & room service). They come by quite quickly if after you make your phone call requesting for extra items. Washroom has a very high step which takes time to adjust to, a bit dark so hard to see how clean it is. The breakfast buffet selection is good, and the staff serving is good. It runs from 07:00 to 10:30. For some reason, we were ushered out really quick on one of the mornings (at 10:35am) even though there were other people who were still seated at their tables. We loved there is an underground path to walk to get to Shinjuku station, it was very convenient for us. "
