“The check-in staff was extremely helpful with our hotel room and with advice about being in the city the hotel room was tidy and had clean sheets. It was a bit grungy. Location is excellent so if you don’t need perfect this is manageable.”

“Early check-in for expensive fee. Decorative pillows had very old stuffy smell, dusty like. Sleeping pillows very flat, very cheap, no support. When i messaged about extra pillow options, was ignored, had to use the towels provided to help add support as decorative pillows had too strong an odor to use. Once you check in, your left on your own, theres no support or feedback. ”

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. “Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist……
