“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Monarch. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and conveniently located downtown within walking distance of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Our room was as described, and housekeeping refreshed it daily with clean towels. My only cleanliness concern was the floor, as the bottoms of our socks became noticeably dark, so I do wish it had been thoroughly mopped. There were a few inconsistencies with the advertised amenities. We paid a $23/night resort……
