Black Hole

Posted Oct 6, 2012
Pros: Leaving
Cons: Getting in and out of the room with a handicap person
Location: The hotel was in a good for us.
I requested a room with two double beds and got a queen size Was told I could get a room with two beds but it would cost more. Coffeee facilities advertize when I asked where they were I was told next door at a diner that was not part of the motel. Bright and cheery rooms advertized the room was so dark I had to go out and buy light bulbs to try and brighten up the room it still did't work. Had a small refrigerator that smelled like old salami. The microwave was in a dark corner that I had to use a flashlight to use it. The room was so small that neither a walker or wheel chair would fit in the room, I called before reserving the room to ask about handicap and was told there would be no problem. Ther also was supose to be Wifi which did not exist.

horrible stay

Posted Sep 4, 2012
Pros: none
Cons: smell, old blankets
I have never stayed in such a smelly hotel. Everything except the fridge is exeptionally old. I do not recommend this hotel. The front desk is very unfriengly. Stay away from it. OLD, STINKY BATHROOM, NO SHAMPOO.

Cheap room if your on a budget

Posted Jul 22, 2012
The room I got was nothing like the on - line pictures, carpet was worn & dirty, screen door was missing handle, walls were a pastel green, light fixture had dead bugs in globe. Plus side; shower had good water pressure, A.C. worked, room had a working fridge, cheap if you have to stay out of town & work.

They could have cleaned the blood on the floor...

Posted Apr 28, 2011
I retired immediately on checking in to my room. It was probably nice in the 50s but there has been some maintenance done. The bed was comfortable. There were no amenities to speak of except for WiFi. The room was filthy! In the morning I found a nickel size drop of dried blood on the bathroom floor. Looking around the room I found trash stashed behind one of the bedside tables. This room would not have been worth it at 1/2 the price charged.

You Get What You Pay For

Posted Oct 27, 2010
This was a bare bones motel. It provided the basic necessities of a bed, tv, bathroom. The room was somewhat cramped, but I did not spend much time in it. I was gone during most of the day and arrived back in the late evening. I just wanted a room that was clean, had a bed and and bathroom in good order and was relatively inexpensive. I would not recommend this motel for those that would care for more amenities, luxury and who spend a lot of time in their rooms.

Would Never Come Back Here

Posted Sep 9, 2010
We found the room to be dark and dingy, with the bathroom so dirty you wouldn't want to even spend 2 seconds in it. The bed was completely uncomfortable and the internet hook-up didn't work even though we were told it was available. We wouldn't even think of returning to this hotel.
