When I arrived the AC was off and a window was open. It was over 85F outside and the bedroom never got below 74f the entire time I stayed. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were extra firm. If that's isn't your speed I recommend bringing your own pillow. The AC worked well cooling the rest of the apartment except the bedroom. Able to walk every where. Convenient to shopping for groceries and wine. The only issue, which is an issue at most condos in Vancouver and we were aware is that there was no AC. The unit had 2 fans but it still got warm in the evenings.
