Located in the city center of Verdun, close to sites and shops. On the 1st floor of a small building which formerly housed the Verdun tannery workshops, this chic and completely renovated apartment opens onto a pretty living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, board games, fiber optic wifi and an open kitchen fully equipped including a multi-function robot and a Nespresso machine. On the side, a spacious bedroom, with a queen size bed and a work space. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults. (Mattress 140\*200, 18cm thick). For your comfort, we have selected hotel quality mattresses. Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided and beds will be made upon your arrival. Including charges : Water, wifi, electricity, heating. Regarding parking, it is possible to park for free on the street but also in a nearby car park. For your peace of mind, entry and departure are done independently using a connected lock system. Great bakery/traiteur a couple of blocks away. Centre ville a short walk with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Centrally located and easy to visit Verdun sites in the area. Highly recommend! The location was good for us, just a 10- 15 minute walk into the centre. It is in a quiet area, even though it is on a main road into the town. We managed to park on the road outside the apartment but there are carparks not too far away. The host responded promptly we had questions. I would recommend this property. ##### Ian T. Ein -und Auschecken ist unkompliziert. Der Reinigungszustand der Wohnung bei Anreise war sehr gut. Als Stauballergiker achte ich da besonders drauf. Die Ferienwohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Straße ist in der Nacht ruhig und kleine Geschäfte mit Lebensmitteln sind in der Nähe. Bei Anreise war ein Fenster defekt, es ließ sich nicht öffnen. Nach meiner Nachricht an den Verwalter bot dieser eine sofortige Reparatur an. Da Sonntag war und es noch ein zweites Fenster gab, fand ich dies aber unnötig. Im Flur ist ein Teil des Parketts stark beschädigt. Die Klinken der Badezimmer -und Flurtür fallen bei Benutzung von den Türen ab. Der Herd ist nicht mehr in allen Stufen zu schalten. Das WLAN ist öfter ausgefallen und bis auf das die Reinigungskraft mir irgendwelche Kabel hinlegte, die weder passten noch lang genug waren, gab es hier keine Hilfe und keine Behebung der Störung. Fazit: Damit die Wohnung einen den angenehmen Charme erleben lässt, den sie auf den Fotos suggeriert, müsste dringend in Reparatur und Instandhaltung investiert und das Problem mit dem WLAN behoben werden. ##### Henryk B. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Es war sauber, ordentlich und die Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen einfach und unkompliziert. Lediglich der Lärm von der Straße auch in den Abendstunden war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Die Betten/ Ausziehsofa waren gut. Das Bad war geräumig und funktional. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet, da man schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt ist und nach einer kurzen Autofahrt bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das 2016 neu eröffnete Mémorial sowie die interaktive Ausstellung mit VR-Brillen Experience in der Citadelle Souterraine! ##### Vera E.
