The front desk attendant was in a hoodie and not professionally dressed when we arrived, we were having WiFi issues and she gave me an attitude when I asked for assistance. Our room had an old gross smell to it, the bathroom was in rough shape. Breakfast was ok, not a single protein to be found. Unfortunately, it must have been close to an airport and the train station. Several planes every hour flying low over the hotel along with trains riding through the nite. Also, attached to the hotel is a bar/restaurant. Dogs were allowed so there were barking dogs at the hotel during the evening. Pool was clean but unheated so very cold. The first room had no heat. The second room also had no heat and was dirty. The third room had working heat, but there were cockroaches present. When we reported these problems, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional.
