Não tem café da manhã, mas tem uma cafeteria onde dá pra comprar.
Recepcionista muito atenciosa e educada.
Muito longe de todos os pontos turísticos. Tem transporte público próximo, porém, passa por um trecho que não me fez sentir segurança. Tivemos que andar só de táxi (aprox 160,00 reais cada vez). Não voltaria apenas em razão da localização, que achei péssima. Gastamos mais com táxi/uber do que com a diária do hotel. ”

“Shoutout PORTLAND OREGON!! Everything was great, no issues. Arrived at 10pm even though check in was at 3pm. No hassle or problems at all. I did the private room for 4 for me n my family. “Staff is courteous and helpful. Fratelli Briganti restaurant near by, definitely worth a visit. However, this is NOT a hotel. Staff is there only 9am-8pm. And the tram ride to the center is OK but not the highlight of Florence. If you want to cram many people into an apartment, or save money by cooking yourself, this is a great choice. But if you are in Florence for tourism and can afford a hotel at the center, it is a better choice. ”
