“The Palazzo Avino is an outstanding hotel! We had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation there! It is beautiful both inside an out with beautiful vistas from every corner, window, seat etc. My favourite part of the resort is their private beach club down by the sea. It is magnificent as well! The water is beautiful and your lounges are perch just above the sea. Remember to reserve a spot at the beach club when you arrive as there are only about 15 spots there!!!”

“Overall the rooms are a little dated and more like a 3-star hotel but the view and location is 5-star so it nets out as a 4-star visit for me. We had two rooms as we are a family of six. Worked well for us- if it was just my wife and I, a nicer hotel would be needed. We had drinks at the pool along with a very tasty sandwich. Also enjoyed drinks at the bar with the amazing view. Took the bus to Amalfi for 1.5 euros and the hotel sells tickets. The station is only 2 blocks from the hotel so very……

“The bed and bedding are uncomfortable for this kind of room rate. The bus to this hotel is not frequent. So it makes the staying very tiring to transfer between armarfi town and villa Maria.”

The location is perfect, we visited other cities in the coast and Maiori was definitely the best to stay at, there’s things to do and many great places to eat nearby without the craziness of the busier cities. “The hotel is inside a building with multiple different hotels within. It is IMO the best spot to be in the town of Amalfi, you are right by the town center but not in the middle of it. My wife and I stayed in one of the suites with a jacuzzi on the balcony and let me tell you it was STUNNING! We got to stare out into the lit up town at night, it was unreal. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the ferry,taxi’s,buses etc as well so traveling is very efficient The staff was great. They met us on……
