“We went to check in and male host was unable to make changes to my reservation I wanted to add another guest and add another night to my reservation. He said he was not knowledgeable on the computer process to do it, so he called his wife who was gone at the moment. She said she would be back in 15 minutes. I told him that we had not eaten and that it was 3 pm. I asked if it was ok and that we would go get something to eat and come back afterwards to check in, he said yes. While eating his wife……
