What's Nearby: Head up the coastline about seven-and-a-half miles to discover a locals beach, Waialea, which is not only shaded but has some incredible blue water and great snorkeling. Treat yourself to a spa day, a fine dining experience, or a calm ocean experience at the Fairmont Orchid in Mauna Lani just five and a half miles away. Things to Know: Free WiFi Shared pool/hot tub Very pedestrian-friendly area IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Fairway Villas Waikoloa Beach Resort will start replacing the second-floor walkway tiles in buildings B, C, F, I, J, N. This will complete the replacement of all tiles on the second and third floor walkways. This project will start on May 16th, and run through October 28th, 2022. The time frame for each building is as follows: May 16, 2022-June 10, 2022, Building B June 13, 2022-July 8, 2022, Building C July 11, 2022-August 5, 2022, Building F August 8, 2022-September 2, 2022, Building I September 5, 2022-September 30, 2022, Building J October 3, 2022-October 28, 2022, Building N The first week of each building will be the noisiest with demolition taking place. We found this gem which saved our trip. The condo has anything one needs except for a couple of beach chairs which would have been very handy. The condo was very clean which is extremely important to us. Quiet for the most.part except for the last few days where very ignorant people moved above us. (Waking us up at 5)! We liked the gym facility as well as the swimming pool (but not as much as the one in the Hali Kai) We go to the Big Island every year and we are considering rebooking this place.
