Watch golfers pass by as you grill a meal on your patio, then eat inside or dine alfresco. Before the day's end, pull up a lanai chair and watch the gorgeous sunsets. This unit is updated with new tile and carpet, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, a sectional sofa, and King and Queen mattresses. There is also a closet stocked with all that you need for a great time at the beach including chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and free WiFi. Here, you'll have all the comforts of a home with all the wonderful amenities of a vacation rental. With exclusive access to the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort Pools, you can enjoy a daily six-person pool, lagoon, and waterslide pass and free parking at the Hilton Resort. The owners have also purchased a Gold Membership at Waikoloa Golf Club for you to enjoy significantly discounted rounds of golf ($90 per 18 holes) during your stay. The Waikoloa Golf Course has 3 separate 9-hole courses to mix and match your rounds of golf. Waikoloa Golf Discounts are available until 12/31/2026\. Starting 1/1/2027, we will no longer have this special membership that offers the discounted golf pricing to guests. You will be steps away from the Hali'i Kai Ocean Club Bar and Grill with a magnificent crystal clear saltwater pool with gentle waterfalls in a lagoon-like setting. It overlooks the ocean, and without a doubt, you will see humpback whales during the season (November to March). There is no better location to watch the most magnificent sunsets on the island. Adjacent to the pool is the open fitness center, featuring a panoramic view of the ocean.. This resort also offers a tennis and pickleball court, a putting green, and a half-court for basketball a quick walk from the condo. Should you want to venture out, Hawaii’s best beaches are within a short drive, including Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach. Numerous restaurants are also nearby including Lava Lava Beach Club (1.5 miles) which offers drinks and dining with your toes in the sand. Hāpuna Beach State Park is less than nine miles away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that a daily resort fee of $25 per day is to be paid upon check-in at the resort check-in desk. The Hilton Pool program gives up to six (6) guests access to the Hilton resort pools and grounds each day of their stay along with free parking. We enjoyed watching the sunset and having our meals on the lanai. Some minor issues with cleaning, ceiling fan that didn't work and no propane for grill on lanai were communicated with a timely response from mngmt. -unfortunately the fan was not able to be fixed during our stay but gas was delivered the next day. Overall, do not hesitate to stay at this condo. Fantastic view of the ocean from the patio. Close to the ocean club for easy back and forth. comfy beds, comfy couch, and everything you would need. Although we didn't use, having the third bedroom would be great for extra persons in the party and there would have been ample room in the condo. Having a pool by the ocean with workout room, and the bar and grill which serves delicious food is a real bonus here. This was a perfect place for us to spend the Feast of Tabernacles where we met at the Hilton Waikoloa. We walked along the path by the ocean and golf course to attend our conference. We enjoyed the patio with a spectacular view of the sunset, ocean and golf course. Enjoyed the patio in the morning with breakfast to enjoy the awesome view and sound of the birds. Took advantage of all the walking paths for daily walks/runs. The condo had everything we needed for a spectacular visit. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a great stay in Waikoloa! The Hilton day passes were a big hit with the kids as was the pool area at the complex. The patio was a wonderful place to read and relax as well as enjoy the sunset. This property was perfect for our needs. Being ground floor we utilised the outside space daily as our 2yo toddlers ran around on the grass and watched our golfers out on the course. It was a short stroll to the Ocean Club which we used most days & ate at a number of nights (food is delicious)! The inclusion of the passes for the Hilton Waikoloa Village pools was well received and we spent much time over there both in the lagoon pool and the water slides.
