“This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. “The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. I loved the king sized bed & en-suite and the extra full bathroom for the queen bedroom works well for adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the attached garage was a bonus. I am a travel agent and will absolutely be recommending the place to any guests visiting the area. It’s only 15-20 minutes to downtown and close to the main roads, for ease. ”

“We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl”

“Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids!”
