The dirty/used wash cloths in the shower was the start of the problems.The whiteboard to which it said "it was cleaned was a month earlier" didnt sit well. The uninhabitable unit because of frozen pipes made me contact the owner. Jacob was unwilling to work with me and at the very least refund 1 of 2 days. When the shower will not turn on water at all, it should be refunded.
