“Driving up, the hotel looks nice but the stairs and interior need better up keep. There was a blod spot on the couch, food on the ground, cobwebs with a dead spider, nailpolish and other things that made me feel if outwardly the room wasn't clean how clean were the mattresses and bedding? The staff was lovely but for the cost I was expecting something a little better maintained in the interior of the room. I have stayed a motel 6 which felt cleaner and much cheaper.”

“Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. Laundry facilities were pleasantly surprising in that it was completely free, no coins needed, except had to purchase detergent from the onsite gift shop. Our 2 bedroom was nice. Only suggestion is that one room had a sliding door without a lock and that bathroom’s lock was very difficult to figure out. If the sliding door can be replaced by a regular door entering into the bedroom as well as a better bathroom door with standard easy lock I would have given……

“Room had bugs. Moved bed to catch bug never cleaned under bed. Bathroom had black mold. Furniture had nicks and scrapes. Would never go back.”

“The rooms were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good for breakfast. I would 100% stay there again and would recommend it to friends or family. To nitpick the bathroom sink was very tight, you can’t both use the sink to get ready at same time. There was a coffee cup that appeared in the hallway outside our room door. It stayed there for two days. I was surprised, I’m sure numerous employees walked by it, including the cleaning staff for the rooms…”

“The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. We resolved this by pushing the beds together, misaligning them with the headboards. The shower had extremely high water pressure and……

“Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience.”
