Location, Location, Location
My wife and I had an excellent two weeks in this modern one-bedroom apartment in the Ballston area of Arlington. This second-floor unit was just three blocks from the Ballston Metro station, right in the middle of many restaurants and bars and across the street from the Ballston Exchange shopping center. The unit was well equiped although it needed more lighting in the living room. The host was very responsive but the unit should include instructions for everything from the apartment key fob through the washer/dryer combo. The mattress was too soft for those with back issues. The unit had many windows which made it a bright spot to be in the daytime. The host has several other units in the building.

August DC trip
We enjoyed our stay at Ashton Heights, the location was great with many restaurant and shopping near by. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The building was secure and on-site parking was a plus Our only complain is this property is advertised to sleep 3. The sofa which doesn’t fold out is the space for the 3rd person. There were no blankets or pillows available to use for the couch.
