Located near Ballston Quarter, a lovely specious home uniquely designed. Walking distance is a Chipotle and Starbucks, and right behind the building is a park (basketball hoop,grass field, slides). A few miles away are groceries stores and restaurants. Everything right at your convenience. Only a few minutes from Marymount University. Stay a weeks or months and experience the wonderful place of Arlington VA.

Nice property
This property was very conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, with many amenities close by. The apartment was neat and clean, and nicely decorated. The VRBO listing states 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, but this apartment only has one full bathroom. The washer and dryer (although available) are NOT within the apartment, but are in the basement of the building. The host was kind and very responsive. Our family would gladly stay again at this property.

super clean and super tidy, all necessities thought of and included. nice neighborhood. listing states there are 1.5 bathrooms, but there's just one full bathroom.
