The seasonal pool is open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day.  
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).  
No Smoking on premises.   
The shared seasonal heated pool & hot tub are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 8 am-10 pm daily. Labor Day-Columbus Day open Friday, Saturday & Sunday only 8 am-10 pm.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
This rental is located on floor 2.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was not adequate for 4 adults. The floors were filthy, the fold out bed was so awful my daughter and her boyfriend had to leave early. There were not enough linens for the pullout, but enough pillowcases for 10 people. Stools on the balcony were terrible. Air conditioning did not cool the unit. Bedroom was stifling. Needed our beach chairs so everyone had a place to sit. Please note: at check-in the access code did not work and it took nearly 30 minutes to get help to enter the unit. Not a satisfactory process or stay.
