“The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. Getting to the beach by vehicle and using gps took longer than getting back and that was surprising. Overall, loved the area. If you’re familiar with living in apartments, then you will understand you can hear all the footsteps of the person above you. We traveled with our……

“Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you……

“My wife and I really enjoyed this cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to willard beach, and local ice cream and bread shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!”

“This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful. The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End. Rudy, the host, responds quickly, finds immediate solutions, and he is very kind and compassionate. I have difficulties navigating the staircases due to my aching hips and knees, but Rudy went……

“Jennifer provided quick responses to any of my questions. Parking was easy, the location was PERFECT. The property was cute as a button. It was full of charm, just the right size and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen, soft towels, bath robes, little treats, lights with outlets to charge my phone....every detail was considered. Thank you!”

“Safe, clean, and walking distance to pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops! Extremely quick to respond to questions as well.”

“Apartment was as described. Clean, walking distort downtown and parks. Enjoyed stay. Easy communication with host. ”

“There is no parking at the apartment. You must find a spot along the road which might not be in front of apartment”

“Great space in an incredibly walkable neighborhood to everything in the Old Port and East End. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Parking wasn’t an issue at all. And the host was prompt with information if we had questions. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Very convenient, comfortable, and bright apartment. We appreciated that dogs were allowed as well.”

“We loved this place, the location, and the host!”
