“We were very disappointed with our stay at Natura Treescape Resort. We rented a cabin that was supposed to accommodate 6 people, yet we were still charged an extra $20 per person per day for the two people over the standard four person, which felt excessive and misleading. The cabin next to us had people smoking weed the entire stay, and the smell completely filled our cabin and the surrounding area. We asked to be moved to a different cabin, but the resort would not accommodate……
