“We checked in on 27th July. Room was good. We checked out on 30th afternoon. For 3 nights room was NOT serviced for once. On 29th I found they took the trash away and changed couple of towels but bed was not made and wet towel from bathroom floor was not taken. Floor was wet for rest of my stay. I will not stay here again.”

“This is one of the best places to stay in the Dells, particularly if you’re not into the water slide scene. Clean, reasonable, right by the river walk. Fairly quiet, but close to the Main Street.”

“The room was disgusting. Mold growing in the shower. Missing ceiling tiles. Broken blinds and no curtains with people from the pool and road able to see in. Dust and dirt on the floors especially in the corners and floor boards. Our sheets were stained. The room had a smell to it. My husband took the filter out of the air conditioner and cleaned about 1/8” of dust off (there was no air movement through it). There were flies and nats. I did go to the front desk and the attendant was very nice and……

“The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This……

“The first room they gave us had long hairs on the bed and a lot of hairs in the tub. So we went and asked for another room. They gave us another room.It was much cleaner.The lampshade pieces were broken when we asked for clean towels.We only got one clean towel.The other one had dirt on it. We want to sit in the hot tub.It did not smell like chlorine at all.It was brown , we could not even see our feet in the bottom , we went and told management , and it was cleaner the next day.
