"We had the cutest room. I selected the queen double premium room. And it was decorated in an up north theme with pine paneling and woodsy theme. Room was clean, quiet Staff was friendly and accommodating Breakfast was good"

"My husband, our two dogs, and I got away from the hustle and bustle of Chicago to enjoy our time in the woods. The cabin was perfect for our family and was just the right size. Never felt too crowded. We roasted marshmallows and hot dogs on the fire pit and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The cabin was just isolated enough that we let our dogs run around off leash and enjoy. My only complaint is the size of the bed was a bit small and firm. Nancy was great to communicate with and very responsive. Would stay here again."

"Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issues were the pillows were rock hard and the water pressure coming out of the shower not as strong as the faucet in the bathtub. Those two issues are not bad enough tonmake me lower my 5 star rating."

"The Shed is a little gem in northern Michigan with close and easy access to Crystal Mountain, Arcadia Bluffs, and Sleeping Bear Dunes, among others. Off the beaten path but a quick drive to Bear Lake for groceries and other essentials. Perfectly cozy for my wife and me, but also would be good for a family with 1-2 kids or even two couples. Nicely decorated, very clean, a well-stocked kitchen and gas grill for cooking, and the owners are very responsive and super nice. Kate stopped by to great us shortly after we arrived to make sure we knew to reach out if we needed anything. Definitely will return for a future trip!"

"This is the second time that my brother, sister in law, my wife and I have stayed at this cabin! We love that we have our own bedrooms and bathrooms! The house is cozy and just a great place to relax and enjoy each others company! We enjoy fishing and kayaking the Betsie River. We will be back in the future to our home away from home."

"We absolutely loved the space! Great for big groups/multiple families/kids. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed use of the fire pit, the bbq grill and walking the property/mushroom hunting. Check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again."
