“The place was closed due to power outage. No communication about this. No phone call no email. Upon arrival the place looked abandoned. Siding falling off the building. Windows and doors dirty. Outside play area looked unusable. Grass has not been cut or trimmed. Weeds growing throughout the parking lot. My four year old granddaughter said the place looks scary.”

“Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is perfect. We were within 5 walking minutes of the Stadium. Hotel was nice and clean and has a cute aesthetic look.”

“We stayed in a deluxe king room. Open entering, the room smelled stale, like maybe it had been smoke in at some point. One side of the rug and floor had tons of crumbs on it and the steamer did not work. Housekeeping cleaned the floor in a timely manner but never replaced the steamer before we left. I was surprised to see an amenities fee of $23.99 on the bill. I was told it was to cover things like the Wi-Fi, gym, parking. Overall, it wasn’t a bad one night stay. It was close to Ford Field……

“Very nice hotel and casino. Lots of variety of restaurants in the casino, only thing that disappointed me with the restaurants, they close all restaurants down by 10 pm. Rooms very nice and clean but we had 3 people staying in the room and only 2 coffee pods, we asked for more and they only brought up 2 more pods. All the staff was very nice through out the whole place”

“If you’re going to Mackinac Island stay in Mackinac City. St. Ignes is an older more run down city with nothing to do. Very limited restaurants and shops. Wish I would have known this as a first time visitor.”
