When I explained that I needed the rental for my wedding, they agreed to honor it - but only if i rebooked through their own portal, which gave me little confidence that I wouldn’t run into billing issues. The building we stayed in was literally falling apart. No lake access and management that acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay in their run down room.”
