“Loved the location, breakfast and clean room. Staff, Drew, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Planned and looked forward to our Key West trip. Although the location was ideal, the condition and amenities were very disappointing. Cleanliness, AC unit, wifi, not enforcing rules of neighbors boats, just disappointing and a lot of money not spent well.”

“Good location, breakfast was included and good. Property needs some updating. Somewhat noisy so if you seek quietness after a busy day, not the best place until around 11:00 pm. Room was clean and spacious. ”

“It was fine. The negatives were a very small shower with inadequate water pressure. The room was small but fine if you are only there to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the small refrigerator was nice. The shared balcony again was fine. The poor and surrounding area was not kept clean of leaves and dirt. Overall, fine but the conditions and amenities did not support the price of the room.”

“The hotel is right where all the action is on Duvall street. First timers need to prepared to deal with parking challenges. The room would have been perfect for just a couple but all in all served our family of four very well.”

“With trash disco music blasted in the garden from 12noon till 2am it made the use of the pool limited and choosing to go to sleep any earlier than 2am impossible. I would suggest that unless you like disco music that you look elsewhere, anywhere.”

“I had a problem getting into the lockbox that held the room key, because of a late check in. And staff came out within 15 minutes to assist. ”
