“Good”

“I've stayed at this property three times. Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom with two outlets on either side of bathroom sink. Great walk in shower. Like most properties around the Chicago area, modular AC units in each room add to the noise level, so I always bring ear plugs. Both treadmills in the gym were broken, the gym water cooler was not working. Hope it's fixed by my next visit.”

“This place is a wreck. They gave us a couple different rooms and each was worse than the last. I don’t know how it could have been worse. No blankets available, rooms in such disrepair and unsafe conditions we couldn’t stay.”

“Staff was amazing and rooms were clean. The view over the water was great but the balcony’s could have been kept up a little better. Also, the hotel in itself is very outdated (as in vending machines, no conditioner, rugs, balcony area).”

“Good choice when we go to Chicago at the night time ”

“The facility looked to be well-maintained. Interaction with the staff was very professional and everyone acknowledged me even as I was walking by. I’m figuring that all the windows on my side of the building did not have room darkening curtains. I was in room #310. Darkened curtains would be nice. Need to add some different selections of food such as biscuits and sausage gravy. What was there was tasty.”

“The carpeting in the room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The toilet was plugged up in the morning and we had not really used it. We told the staff when we went downstairs for breakfast and was told that they would unclog it after we checked out (checkout time was two hours away.) I told her that was not acceptable and she came up and plunged the toilet. As she was leaving she said she splashed on the toilet seat but don't worry she wiped it off. I told her that she should have lifted……

“Place was well priced but could definitely use some upgrades. Breakfast was not tempting.”
