“Because of construction, had to carry my huge suitcase up a flight of stairs to the lobby. Very inconvenient. Not easy to do either. I also had to add a day and my rate was more. I had a death in the family and had to push my visit two days, I felt they should have honored the rate I had under the circumstances. Pretty hotel and the restaurant waitress was wonderful! ”

“Rooms are nice. Breakfast was good and several choices. We were most impressed by Dan at the front desk. When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working. We had requested a roll in shower room with a king bed. The only room available was on the second floor and we would need to use the stairs. I am disabled and use a cane and the stairs are not an option. Dan searched and found us a room on the first floor with two beds and a roll in shower!! This worked wonderfully and we are so appreciative!! ……
