Not being sure about the call, I said I will come down to the desk. When I got there, I was again asked my name then I was told to step away from the desk, and wait. After a short wait she called me back up and said you can go. No explanation, just a big inconvenience with no apparent reason. "

The AC/heating unit is a bit loud, and the bathroom faucet too far from the basin, design can cause water to splash onto the counter. The stay was mostly quiet, but on the last night, a new guest in the neighboring room spoke loudly into late night so meaning the walls are not well soundproofed. There was also a continuous noise from next room, from some kind of device, along with noticeable plumbing sounds (especially during water use), which was disruptive for sleep. Complimentary morning coffee is a nice touch; breakfast buffet costs extra. Convenient location at a main road intersection.
