“Great”

“Room good and comfortable. Elevator not working. Laundry worked but it wasn’t charging you for a washing load. The next day the washing machine was “out of order”. Then I had to drive a 40 mile round trip to go to a laundry mat.”

“Nice location near Mass Street, and the staff was very kind and helpful! But the property is simultaneously nice and also not….nice furniture and bedding, but some of our pillows didn’t have cases. Clean room, but the fridge still had old food in it from a previous guest. The lobby AC was being repaired (and staff apologized for this & gave out water), but there were many water stained ceiling tiles.”

“I was very disappointed with this stay. The photos online did not accurately represent the property. While our room appeared to have been remodeled, the rest of the building was in poor condition and had a strong, unpleasant odor, especially on the second floor. I couldn’t determine exactly what the smell was, but it was noticeable throughout our stay. The pool was closed, and I observed what appeared to be mold or black discoloration in the pool area, which was concerning. Another issue was……

“Great breakfast Friendly staff comfy beds A/C leaked all over the floor, soaked carpet, wet socks, but we didn't want to move rooms or have HVAC guy in all day so we lived with it No maid service in 5 day stay, due to miscommunication, but no effort to fix.”
