"Very clean hotel with a fresh, genuinely clean scent throughout not overly chemical or artificial. The linens and towels smelled freshly laundered and spotless, which I always notice and appreciate. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, especially the bartender at the restaurant/bar and Ki at checkout, who was truly a ray of sunshine. The included breakfast was also much better than the typical hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"

"For a hotel at this level, I expected the room to be much cleaner. The blanket I used had yellow stains on it, and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Also, a hotel like this should definitely provide disposable slippers for guests. In addition, the kitchen staff did not seem friendly. I couldn’t see where the water station was, so when I asked, one of the staff members responded rudely and said, “Either take it from the entrance or here,” in an annoyed tone. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for me"

"The hotel room did not have air conditioning on the hottest day of the week (90 degrees on Wed. 5/20/26). They were unable to transfer us to a room with air conditioning and did not issue a refund or room credit. We didn’t use the room and left. Front desk was unhelpful. No one answered the follow up phone calls. Even Expedia was unsuccessful in getting a refund. Absolutely disappointing."

"The service desk attendant was very nice and helpful. We ran into problems immediately unfortunately. The room we were given hadn't been cleaned and had a mess from a previous guest. The new room we received was better cleaned. However, the lamp shade was broken, the coffee maker was really dusty, and the wall paper was peeling in large sections. The photos taken of this place must have been from when they first opened because it does not look like that anymore. I feel like we were catfished. The two good things I can say about the hotel are that there weren't any bugs and it was in a good location. We will not be back to this hotel though."

"Well situated for nearby Subway lines, pleasant area near the waterfront inthe Financial District Our room had good whilst limited river views, Rooms are of good size, we had breakfast included, which was cooked to order with a good selection and excellent quality, I would absolutely stay here again."
