We had a very brief stay (as planned) but were happy with all facets: friendly and helpful staff, good airport shuttle, clean room good air conditioning and comfortable bed.

I transferred to this Hotel after having a terrible experience at a nearby hotel. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed.
The only issue I had was that I reserved a Room with a King Size Bed and was given a Room with 2 Queen Beds. Since I was on a Business Trip for only 2 Days, I was fine with it.

We were flying out the next morning, so the location close to the airport with a free shuttle was perfect for us. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and friendly, which was a great start to an early morning. Much easier than dealing with traffic and parking. Plus, the motel was just remodeled and it was a great place to stay. We always stay here when we fly out from Cincinatti.

As I was traveling alone I was a little concerned about my room being at the end of the hall next to a stairwell. The front desk attendant sensed my apprehension and assigned me another room that had a more comfortable location for me. In the second room, my refrigerator wasn't working and the freezer was all iced up. Maintenance was there in minutes and determined I needed a replacement. They brought a new refrigerator and had it installed in no time!!!! Fantastic service!!!

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it as it was being replenished continuously as we sat and hate in the lobby. Pool was also clean. Would stay here again!
