“Power went out while I was waiting to check in. Not the properties' fault as there was a severe thunderstorm happening. The room was OK until I went to bed. The pillows and bedspread smelled by bad body odor. Very glad I brought my own pillow.”

“I had to call the front desk as I could not get my TV on when i first checked in. A gentlemen from the front desk came up in 2 minutes to address the issue which was a breaker. ”

When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! The shower diverter didn’t operate correctly, and the ironing board was……
