“We enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed for the month and our host was very way to communicate with.”

“Fantastic Iocation, you’ll struggle finding a better price in the Old City. Great parking right next to the property. Super clean. Would have liked more descriptions on where to find the front pin pad and how to find the condo, but was not hard to figure out at all.”

“Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful accommodations and a great host! Great location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Knoxville.”
