I loved the self check in, it was easy, and I didn't have to talk to anyone, which is nice when you've been traveling a lot and are really tired
Everything was great, needs more outlets in rooms. It was all extension cords and no usb ports
Friendly staff. Amazing rooms. Comfy beds. Free breakfast and dinner and a cotail! Excellent WiFi. I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit Pitt.
Everyone that worked at this property needs to be commended for their friendliness and excellent help. Foxy checked us in and was very helpful. The shuttle driver Dave was awesome! Thank you for making our night out so special! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff made ...
Overall trip was excellent. Only complaint I had was in regards to property management team in that I had posed 2 written and one voice mail question as directed over an accounting error and had no response to any. The experience with location, apartment and staff were all very favorable.
Rooms were small. Bathroom sliding glass door wasn't very private.
The rooms aren't the biggest and the decor is a little outdated but the location and convenience to the attractions we were visiting were great. Friendly staff, fast check-in and out were great.
I liked everything about the property except lack of restaurant around it.
