Exactly as described and desk personnel was delightful!!

Nice place....just far enough from town to be convenient. Staff were friendly. No rabid children running amok. What more could a motorcycle touring guy ask for!

Property was clean and well maintained. They refreshed my room every day - the first time that has happened since the pandemic panic. Reasonable variety and quality for breakfast. Cinnamon rolls were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. They do need to improve their door key system - I had to get new keys several times during my 3 - night stay. Any time the card got close to my phone, earpod case, etc, it was wiped.

Everyone was so nice. We felt right at home. The breakfast was extremely good.

We stayed for 1 night, only in the hotel to sleep. We got upgraded to a suite for no additional charge! Everyone was so friendly and nice and the free breakfast had so much to choose from. The hotel is right next to the town and a Walmart which was really convenient. We had an awesome stay!

Great place to stay in Crested Butte. Since I booked on Expedia the check in process was a little different than a normal big box hotel but we’ll worth it. There were a few little broken things around the room that could use a little TLC but has nicer amenities and finishes than any other hotel I’ve stay at. Hotel customer support was also 5 stars. We’ll be back.

I only stayed one night, but I liked the Old Town Inn. The staff was very nice and the room clean. The room is on the smaller side and there is no refrigerator or coffee maker, but there was coffee and hot water downstairs. Easy parking and free good wi-fi in the room. Overall I would stay there again!

AMAZING!! The premium suites aren’t done justice with these photos online. We stayed in the Castle Suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The premium suites are in a different building up the road. It’s actually a massive gorgeous house and also has a gym and sauna which we didn’t realize. The house itself is stunning and is in an insanely amazing location to the slopes. This may have been my best stay at a hotel in years. The staff did not know that I had just traveled from my Father’s funeral and because the hotel was very quiet during my stay they had upgraded me to a beautiful room. I started crying because they didn’t know how stressful my last 2 weeks had been along with delays in traveling. The room was spectacular and so quiet. I had more than I needed.
