“The room was what you would expect for the price. However, it could have been a little cleaner. Very little parking and upon check in we were told we could park up front. 1st night was ok, 2nd night we came in after dark. They were pressure washing the parking lot and the people pressure washing looked at us like we were trespassers. There were sketchy people in parking area so we parked up front. Get out of car, sketchy people in the "smoking area". Get to our room, received a call to move our……

“We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was very clean. It's location seems to be far enough from the road that the noise from vehicles really isn't too bad. The breakfast was okay. It was kinda what you would expect. I would stay here again if I ever come back to this area.”

“The staff was very nice and very accommodating for my birthday activities in the area and helping me to find things that would be great to do during my day. Nancy gave me two wonderful massages that were very much needed. The restaurant had nice staff and good food.”

“This is by far the worst place I’ve been in with the Wyndham name attached to it. It smelled musty, the door to the room looked broken, bathroom door didn’t want to close, and we woke up with bug bits. We will never come back and highly suggest people avoid this place.”

“Connie checked us in and took great care of us. She let us check in a couple of hours early. She pointed out the good and bad places to eat in town. She saved us $10 a day in parking fees by letting us park at their sister hotel closer to the heart of downtown Helen. The deck area by the pool was a great place to watch the sunset as it is perched on the edge of the parking lot with great views of town. The City Park is walking distance across the street as well as restaurants and gas stations.……

“Everything was awesome”

“When we checked in the lady was very nice and pleasant. The room was okay somewhat out dated more than expected. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The young man that was there the next morning was not very friendly. The breakfast was not at all what the lady said it was going to be. Hard boiled eggs that were not done, mini sausages biscuits that were still frozen from the box they were dumped out of, gravy made in a coffee pot that was watered down. The young man only had on one glove……
