“Rooms pretty small but clean ”

“I was really upset because the reason I booked the room was to get a good nights sleep but my room alarm went off at 6 AM! I called the front desk but all they said was it was the former customers fault and that they would tell the manager so it won’t happen to other people. It ruined my day of stay because I had not slept enough. It should not be my responsibility to make sure the alarm isn’t set at 6:00am”

“The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ……

“There was no pool available at this property. However property is well maintained and I have no complaints overall my experience at the property was very good and would definitely stay again. Betty the property manager very friendly and ensures her guest are satisfied with the suites she has available. ”

“New hotel...maybe 6 months old, all amenities were clean and new. Breakfast enjoyed by my grandson as well as the pool. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely staying here again!”
