“Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte dort.Währenddessen war alles top. Uns wurde ein größeres Haus als gebucht gegeben. Es wäre wohl der Whirlpool im eigentlichen Haus defekt. Das größere Haus ist ziemlich analog. Hat eigentlich nur ein Schlafzimmer mehr.Die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich und fast jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer und es gab noch ein Gäste-WC. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es hatte nur etwas Öl zum anbraten "gefehlt". Salz und Pfeffer waren vor Ort. Es war schön gemeinsam zu...

"When we arrived to the hotel, they informed us there was a storm and they lost power. That is understandable, however they provided no alternative or directions on where we could sleep that night. They only said they were closed and couldn't support or help us in any way. We had driven 3 hours from Edimburgh and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night with very limit knowledge of the area and very poor international phone internet, sitting in a parking lot. In the end, we booked another hotel in the very same town where the hotel is located, they were able to re- gain electricity a couple hours later and they did not deny customer's bookings because of that reason. We understand the difficulty of the situation but we lacked a lof of support from the hotel."
