"Love the rooms, breakfast and pool. Generally the staff are wonderful but did encounter one at the bar who was rude after I asked if the pool bar was open. She told me to look at the windows and notice they were shut. Where I live, we shut windows in between things, so I was inquiring from that perspective, not because I couldn’t see that the windows were closed. A sign of times the pool bar is open would be beneficial. We did think it was strange that security was checking bags going into the pool so nobody would be sneaking food in. That’s not a practice at movie theaters, so it doesn’t make sense at the pool. Clearly it wasn’t for safety concerns, so it just looked tacky and unprofessional, not to mention invasive. We also struggled to get the right shower temperature and the water was soft, which was a new experience from our other stays. We frequent this hotel and these changes have been since new ownership. Overall, we enjoy this hotel and will be back. Just hoping some things can be worked out that were unpleasant."

"The best place we’ve stayed in when visiting Disneyland. From check in (June 6) to check out (June 8). The check in person was nice (same person checked us out too we forgot your name mister sorry). All the other staff were super nice too. The Bi-Level suite was amazing. Clean and spacious. The location is great, just a 15min easy walk to Disney. Overall amazing, we’ll definitely stay again! 👍👍👍👍👍"

"Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were spotless. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the two pools. The staff was friendly. The only thing that wasn’t good was room service; food was cold and not great but that comes from a restaurant next-door not the hotel. Definitely recommend this stay and plan to return."
