Safe area, 2 blocks to Starbucks.
Great stay for two people. Don’t recommend anymore than that. Excellent safe location. Starbucks 2 blocks away, a major plus!! The water 3 blocks away. Very clean. I don’t recommend any others to stay, the pull out couch is not for comfortable sleeping.

Johns' property was just perfect for our stay in Baltimore. It was conveniently located right in the nice are so we could be right at the harbor area and enjoy the food and nightlife. We were told several times we choose a great area. We would Uber to the Penn Marc station to catch the Marc train to DC each day and it was very easy. This location is prime, and we would highly recommend staying here. It is located tucked back in a little gated area, so you did not have a lot of street noise, walking distance to several bakeries and coffee shops. Wife and I felt safe here.

Nice location - Challenges for older adults
Location good - neighborhood quiet and location a good walk to restaurants. Lodging ok for young and agile - but challenging for 65+ aged adults as we are - tub slippery and nothing to hold onto - always afraid of falling. Bed very hard. Sofa/seating generally uncomfortable. Parking instructions inaccurate - spent a lot of time moving car and paying for meters - parking garage too far away. We expected staircase from description -- but too many other small steps throughout. Picture deceiving - place was smaller than we expected -- but does have that charming Baltimore row house mystique. Thermostat hard to find & unreachable - place needs better instructions once inside

We came down to volunteer at the Operation Christmas Child processing center and the Fells Point property ticked all the boxes for us: quiet neighborhood, restaurants and groceries within walking distance, parking manageable; the place was clean and had pretty much everything you'd need for a weekend getaway. I love my nice firm bed so this one was too soft for me, a totally subjective item, but I guess it would be my only critique. Thanks for providing all we needed!

Charming and cozy. Perfect location for exploring Fells Point.
Our stay was perfect and exactly as described, it was unique, warm, and inviting. We had everything we needed and the space was very well organized, clean, and comfortable. It was nice to be within walking distance of most everything in the area. The private patio area was really nice to enjoy our morning coffee. Highly recommend. So glad we stayed here. Our host John was fabulous!

Very Cute and Comfortable
The Fleet St. property was very clean, quiet and very convenient for walking to the harbor. Super easy check in and very secure. As a single middle aged gal I was able to walk back and forth to restaurants and shops in the evening and felt very safe. A night light in the upstairs hallway would be an added little bonus.
