### The Balcony by Rentbeat

With its 40 square meters of living space, Balcony is a cozy and comfortable apartment for anyone wishing to visit Bari, in an ideal location in the heart of the city.   
  
Its strategic location, cozy interior and functional spaces will make your experience here truly enjoyable. Via Fratelli Bandiera is a residential street, close to many services, such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. In addition, the historic center of Bari and the promenade are within easy walking distance.   
  
The decor and decorative details give a modern and elegant touch to the interior.   
  
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living area consists of a dining table and a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine that offers a functional and practical environment to prepare delicious dishes.  
  
The sleeping area consists of a large bunk bed with a double mattress and a french mattress and a single bed, for a total of 5 beds, directly overlooking a lovely private balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif in the heart of Bari.   
  
The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. It has been tastefully decorated, using quality materials.  
  
Every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable house. Take care, you are welcome!
