Absolutely breathtaking views from inside the house and the back yard. The house is very well stocked, the owners have really been able to anticipate what guests would be needing or possibly forgot to bring. My family and I were sad to check out and leave this place. This year was our third stay, and we made sure to bring lots of dvds for the rainy weather, enjoyed fires in the fireplace, took chilly walks along the river, and took full advantage of the incredible loft. It's a wonderful cabin, very clean and rustic but with modern amenities. I appreciated all the vintage touches and woodwork. Its a good base to explore, hike, fish, swim. Everything about this place shows the love the owners have for their little piece of paradise...it's beautiful. We could have done with a little less rain, but the cabin is so comfortable we didn't care, even though we were disappointed that the snow skiing was not good. The deck is spacious, with a gorgeous view of the river and mountains behind the cabin. This property is easily among our favorite rentals of all time, anywhere in the world.
