    Nestled in the heart of Baton Rouge, this professionally redesigned and lovely home on Winthrop Avenue offers a comfortable living experience boasting three meticulously crafted bedrooms with King mattresses. The primary bedroom offers the feeling of a cozy loft like bedroom. With a large ensuite bathroom just outside of the room. The 2 guest bedroom is located downstairs in the front of the property with a large bathroom attached. The bathroom extends all the way through and has an access from the dining area. The thoughtfully designed spaces create a harmonious atmosphere, providing an ideal retreat for relaxation.

This house was truly perfect!!The essentials were provided by the host; towels upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen essentials were also available. Please note, on day one, you'll have to go through the front door to open the garage but everything is SUPER easy to do. And there WILL be an automatic garage door opener inside. Lovely layout, beautifully designed, perfect location!

We had a great stay at this property during family weekend at LSU. It wasn't too far from campus and gave us a great place to lay our heads after spending the days on campus with our daughter. The house was clean and the hosts were great!

It was a great stay! The house was nice shape. It was a comfortable stay for 2 couples (4 adults). It was great to have a kitchen to make breakfast in and a small backyard for the dog. My dog and I also enjoyed walking the streets in the neighborhood in the mornings. It was a very safe and clean neighborhood to walk in! We stayed there for bowling (in the Cane's River Center), and the house was close to the center, downtown, and everything else fun in Baton Rouge!

Clean modern and safe

Beautiful and clean property in a safe area. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. We came to town to visit my daughter at LSU. It’s a 10-15 min drive to campus but we were not there to do anything on campus. It was great to be in a nicer part of town.

Wonderful Stay

I had family in town from overseas and needed a space for all of us since my home was still under construction due to Hurricane Ida. This property was comfortable, quiet and everything we needed was provided. We spent our evenings in the little courtyard which was absolutely wonderful. The host is very responsive and accommodating. I will book this property again!

The Host was incredibly supportive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. There had been a power outage and the door and WiFi had to be reset. The location is super quiet and easily accessible to all areas of Baton Rouge. The beds were comfortable and linens were very nice.The property is older and some problems with drains not wanting to empty. We did have to fight with drain flies ( similar to fruit flies )We would stay here again if back in Baton Rouge.

I would give 4 1/2 stars! We called cause refrigerator was leaking and they came right out to fix it! We had trouble with one tv not working but we weren’t in there long to worry about it! Very clean, easy access to the garage and room! Would stay again! It is a great location for the convention center.

The townhome was in a great location. The check in process was seamless. We had a minor problem with the tv and contacted the property manager, Kelsey, and she replied to our question immediately and helped us remedy the problem.
